Commercial Escrow Assistant – Onsite (Dallas, TX)
A reputable and growing title company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support residential & commercial escrow transactions. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and experienced in supporting escrow files from opening through closing. Experience with SoftPro is required.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and transactional support to Escrow Officers
• Open escrow files and enter new orders into SoftPro
• Review purchase contracts and related documents for accuracy
• Order title commitments, payoffs, surveys, HOA information, and other required closing documentation
• Prepare escrow documents, settlement statements, and closing packages
• Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties to obtain necessary information
• Track and follow up on outstanding file requirements to ensure timely closings
• Assist with file balancing, funding, and disbursement processes
• Maintain accurate and compliant escrow files in accordance with company policies and Texas regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members
• Manage multiple files while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
• 1+ years of escrow or title industry experience required
• Residential escrow experience strongly preferred
• Required experience using SoftPro
• Knowledge of Texas escrow procedures and closing processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
