Overview:
A well-established title company is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Closer / Processor to join their team. This role will support the closing process from file opening through post-closing, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong communication with all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage real estate transactions from contract to closing under the direction of the Escrow Officer
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and loan packages for accuracy
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors to gather required documentation
• Order payoffs, HOA information, title work, and other necessary items for closing
• Ensure all files are complete and compliant prior to closing
• Assist with scheduling closings and preparing final closing packages
• Review title commitments and assist in clearing title requirements and conditions
• Support disbursements, funding processes, and post-closing activities including recording and file balancing
• Maintain accurate and organized files in accordance with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Escrow Processor, Escrow Assistant, or Title Processor
• Working knowledge of real estate closing procedures and title processes
• Familiarity with title software such as SoftPro, RamQuest, or similar systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
