About the Role:
A well-established Plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Orlando is seeking a skilled Bilingual (English/Spanish) Litigation Paralegal with experience in Florida personal injury litigation. This role requires at least three years of litigation experience, with a focus on motor vehicle accident and premises liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in personal injury litigation matters from case initiation through resolution

• Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery requests using the electronic filing system

• Assist clients with preparing discovery responses

• Schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related events

• Organize and maintain client files using the firm's legal software

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and defense firms

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Florida personal injury litigation

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and electronic filing systems

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
